Absolutely! All our booths can be set up both indoors and outdoors. If the weather is particularly hot and directly in the sun or raining, we may request or need to provide a gazebo covering for our booth space.
For larger venues where vehicles can drive in the space The Float Booth may be placed inside of a venue. We do recommend setting up outside to get the full Float experience.
The Video Guestbook and Video Diary option is the perfect option to record all your guest's personalised messages and capture all your memories from the night. With our high-quality microphones even in the noisier spaces we can capture clear audio from your guests.
The Photo option is a classic and offers each guest or group that steps in front of the camera to capture 4 of their best poses. The guests can then head over to the sharing station to send your photos directly to your phone.
Yes, you will receive an online gallery link 24 hrs after your event which will include every video or photo from your event.
With our wide-angle lenses you can fit up to 10 people in front of the photo and video booth and you can fit 2-3 people on the 360 video platform.
Yes, we are insured and have public liability insurance. If your venue requires us to provide our public liability insurance, we will be happy to send it through to them.
No, you and your guests will have unlimited photo or video sessions within your selected time slot.
No. Our set up and pack up time is not included in your session time. We require approx. 1 hr to set up and pack up each booth.
Yes, all our bookings include a booth attendant who will be there to assist you and your guests if you need us.
A power outlet is preferred but other power sources can be acquired if necessary.
Our fully edited compilation video can be added on to the Video and 360 Video Booth packages. The compilation video is your complete film and keepsake which includes every video clip captured as well as a soundtrack of your choice and opening and ending graphics.
If our backdrop selection doesn't suit your event theme, then we are happy to work with you to customise a backdrop to suit. An additional fee may apply.
We have great selection of backdrops to suit every theme and event. Once you start making a booking you can select the backdrop of your choice. If we do not have a backdrop that suits you please contact the team to discuss and work out a solution.
Yes, we only offer digital copies of our final products. Your guests will be able to receive their prints and videos instantly with our sharing booth where they will then be able to easily share them to their socials.
We do not charge for travel within 100km radius of Adelaide. Events outside of this radius may incur a small fee.
For the Open-Air Booth we require a minimum space of 2m × 2m, and for the 360 Booth we require a min. of 3m × 3m. The Float Booth will need at least 6m x 6m.
